Overview
In this role you will support a busy Commercial Property team within a respected regional firm with a strong local presence. You will handle a mix of sales, purchases and leases, landlord and tenant matters, and draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advising a diverse client base from SMEs to developers. You will contribute to growth through business development, marketing, and networking, while delivering practical, client‑focused advice. Responsibilities
- Sales, purchases and leases of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements

- Contributing to firm growth through business development, marketing and networking
Key requirements
- Around 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical knowledge of property and landlord/tenant law
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver practical, client-focused advice
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with proactive client care
- Confident in building relationships and contributing to business development
