Durham County Council is seeking a Waste Projects Officer to support innovative waste prevention and recycling initiatives across County Durham. You will lead projects, engage communities, schools and partners, and help deliver national and local waste management objectives.
You will monitor performance, prepare reports and promote the waste hierarchy while delivering campaigns and events to influence sustainable behaviours. A hybrid working arrangement is available.
