Senior Support Worker: Lead Care & Empower Lives

Cygnet is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to work days and nights at Dean Grange and Milestones. The role involves supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, delivering person-centred care and ensuring safety and dignity across two sites in the UK.

You’ll contribute to the daily operation, guide staff, and help residents lead fuller, more independent lives with tailored support and ongoing DBS checks where required.
