CIL & Planning Contributions Officer — 6-Month Contract

Carrington West is assisting a local authority client in finding a CIL Officer on an initial 6-month contract with potential extension. The role focuses on administration, monitoring and collection of Community Infrastructure Levy and wider developer contributions.

Candidates should understand the CIL regulations and be able to measure plans. A relevant planning or infrastructure qualification or experience in planning helps, and local authority planning experience is preferred.
