Overview
In this role you will lead the development and enhancement of digital payment features for SME customers, shaping the roadmap and prioritising the backlog to deliver a world-class digital payments experience. You will work within a young, dynamic team in a payment partnership backed by a major UK bank, driving secure, quick setup and a seamless customer journey. You’ll oversee ePOS and related digital initiatives, aligning with business goals and market needs. This is a high-impact role that combines vision setting with hands-on delivery to transform how customers pay and get paid.
Pay / Benefits
- £80,000–£90,000

Responsibilities
- Act as the digital feature owner and lead the team from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet KPIs and monitor the digital customer experience
- Apply Agile delivery approaches to drive continuous improvement
- Prioritize and deliver on the digital backlog and roadmap
- Drive the development and implementation of ePOS software and systems
- Shape the digital journey for customers through data-driven prioritisation
- Lead improvements using insights from customers, stakeholders and market conditions
Key requirements
- Strong Product Owner experience with solid payments knowledge
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Proven success in developing and implementing ePOS software and systems
- Digital payments product management experience
- Financial services experience preferred, with emphasis on digital payments
- Experience in designing and executing growth strategies to deliver business value
- Knowledge of softPOS is beneficial
