Assistant Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home Lead

The Cumbria County Council in Wigton is seeking four passionate Assistant Managers to help create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive.

You will work alongside the Registered Manager to shape personalised support plans, lead a dedicated team, and deliver outstanding care for young people who have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties, social exclusion, and emotional health challenges.
