Courtroom Operations & Public Service Coordinator

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is seeking Operational Support Officers to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to court and tribunal users, judiciary and management. The role is primarily based within the courtroom to help ensure the smooth running of court proceedings.

Administrative duties will also be incorporated into the post, and successful candidates will be committed to public service and delivering justice in a frontline England and Wales setting.
