As a Sales Leader for Europe (East), Russia CIS and Asia Leisure, you drive the regional sales strategy to position Raffles London among top luxury hotels for official delegations, business, and leisure. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, nurture key accounts, and coordinate with on-site teams to deliver seamless, high-end service. The role revolves around growing market share, securing revenue, and cultivating lasting relationships with VIP clients and partners. Responsibilities
- Penetrate assigned Leisure markets and elevate Raffles London to top-tier status for various client segments
- Collaborate with Directors of Sales to create and execute a market-aligned sales strategy within budget
- Attend and represent at sales missions, networking events, and trade shows
- Prospect and develop new accounts via calls, virtual presentations, and in-person visits
- Identify and lead management of key clients to maximize revenue
- Maintain a portfolio of top accounts with up-to-date information
- Monitor market changes and adjust strategies to stimulate demand channels
- Coordinate fam trips and logistics to raise awareness among key European bookers
- Collaborate with Reservations and Revenue teams to meet guest needs and hotel goals
- Ensure sales system data accuracy and adherence to budgets and payment schedules
- Communicate with national and regional accounts and cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Contribute to trade marketing and promotional activities to support sales strategy
- Maintain hands-on engagement with VIP arrivals and high-profile stays
- Build lasting customer relationships and uphold service excellence
- Perform other duties or adapt to different departments as required
- Provide leadership presence in daily meetings and support team problem-solving
- Promote health and safety standards across the department
- Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety procedures
Key requirements
- Previous experience in European Leisure sales
- Organised and efficient
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar luxury role
