Luxury F&B Manager – Events & Team Leadership

Aethos London Shoreditch is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead end-to-end operations of assigned outlets within a luxury hotel context. You will drive service standards, guest experiences, and events with a supervisory team on a fast-paced floor.

Based at Aethos London Shoreditch, you will own the rota, training, stock, and compliance, ensuring consistent excellence across all shifts and collaborating with Kitchen, Sales & Events, and Finance teams.
