Senior Commercial Manager – Luxury Hotel & Events

Thornbury Castle is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial plan for the hotel, overseeing rooms, food & beverage and events. You’ll own pricing, rate strategy, and distribution, partnering with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to optimise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

You’ll personally lead sales, build relationships with corporate clients, agents and tour operators, and represent the castle at shows.
