Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead and deliver Oracle Cloud PPM solutions for complex, multi-entity clients, partnering with both functional and technical experts. You join the UK Oracle delivery team to drive project accounting and governance across the portfolio, focusing on enhancing financial insight and operational efficiency. You will engage with senior stakeholders, design workshops, and translate business needs into effective PPM solutions. The position offers client-facing impact, learning, and progression within a global, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle Cloud PPM solutions (Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants Management)
• Collaborate with functional and technical specialists across the delivery team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders
• Analyze and translate business requirements into PPM configurations and integrations
• Oversee data migration and PPM configuration in Oracle Cloud, including reporting design (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Support end-to-end project accounting processes (cost collection, capitalization, billing, revenue recognition)
• Contribute to workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Drive on-time delivery and quality in client projects

Key requirements

• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants Management)
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud PPM in complex multi-entity settings
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project accounting and integration with Financials (GL, AP, AR)
• Experience with PPM configuration, data migration, and integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules
• Familiarity with enterprise structures, project hierarchies and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders
