Hands-On Pets Store Manager: Lead, Inspire & Grow

Jollyes Pets in Dunfermline is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead on the shop floor, coach the team and drive customer service excellence. You’ll own the day-to-day operations, KPIs, and working with regional peers to maximise turnover and margins.

You’ll be responsible for developing a strong sales culture, delivering great pet care, and recruiting and developing staff. The role is full-time, 40 hours across 5 days, with weekend coverage as needed.
