Property Litigation Solicitor — Hybrid (Surrey/Hampshire)

Motus is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to handle a range of property disputes, with hybrid working on the Surrey/Hampshire border. You will advise, draft, and advocate in disputes spanning commercial and residential matters, while managing a busy caseload in a supportive, inclusive firm.

You will work closely with Partners who are recognised on L500 and Chambers, contributing to a collaborative team that values client focus and professional growth.
