Night Shift Team Leader — Drive Performance & Delivery

Evri is recruiting a Night Shift Supervisor at the Bury St Edmunds Depot to lead a busy night operation and direct a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities to keep deliveries moving through the night.

You’ll coach, develop and drive performance, ensuring Night Shift SLAs are met while complying with site HSES rules and collaborating with peers across the depot.

The role requires hands-on leadership, decisive actions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
