Overview
As Commercial Analyst, you will turn data into actionable insights to guide pricing, asset performance, customer activity, and financial planning. You’ll build dashboards, reports, and models to improve visibility and support both operational and strategic priorities across regions. You will gather and validate data, identify trends and performance gaps, and contribute to business cases that drive value. You’ll embed business intelligence into daily decision-making and maintain data accuracy and reporting consistency, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI tools and reporting frameworks for commercial decision-making across pricing, asset performance, and customer engagement
- Ensure consistent, accurate data collection, structuring, and presentation across teams and markets
- Support analysis of sales performance and its impact on asset-level and portfolio-wide metrics
- Contribute to customer segmentation, pricing analysis, and asset planning by preparing datasets and reports
- Use BI tools to explore drivers of return across Capex, Opex, pricing, and delivery models
- Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports for forecasting, scenario planning, and performance tracking
- Interpret data to support commercial decisions and answer questions about asset and portfolio performance
- Utilize analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to build and update reports and dashboards
Key requirements
- Strong ability to support BI activities that contribute to commercial clarity
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for clear, actionable data presentation
- Experience building dashboards for business reviews and performance tracking
- Skill in organizing and formatting data for executive-level reporting
- Ability to link data to business goals and inform decision-making
- Experience working with financial and operational datasets across geographies
- Basic understanding of pricing analysis, customer segmentation, and performance metrics
- Solid understanding of P&L, cost structures, and profitability drivers
