Asia Travel Specialist

We are excited to be recruiting a specialist sales consultant to join our Asia Sales Team in London, a position which offers excellent prospects within our award-winning tour operator. Our key requirements are a passion for, and knowledge of, Asia. The company is small with a small team and therefore you will have opportunities to assist and support the overall activities of the company Product management, Liaising with suppliers and Marketing and website support.

The Job:

• Dealing with all aspects of a holiday enquiry from first call until the client returns
• Discussing options with the clients
• Planning and creating itineraries
• Responsible for invoicing and pre-tour documents
• Booking and managing flights on Galileo
• Liaising with ground handlers
• Sending final documentation
• Contacting client for a debrief on return
• Acting as back up for colleagues when they are on leave
• Being a team player!

Skills Required:

• Applicants should have several years of sales and product experience within the industry working in a luxury tailormade environment

The Package:

• London based hybrid
• Monday – Friday working hours
• Salary £40,000 + commission
