Employment Law Paralegal – Advisory & Drafting

The Progeny Group is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing Employment team, supporting employer clients on a broad range of non-contentious employment law matters. You will work closely with senior solicitors on day-to-day HR issues and employment documentation.

In this role you will draft and review contracts, policies, and staff handbooks, conduct legal research, and assist with advisory work and client communications.
