Strategic Lettings & Allocations Specialist

Amplius is seeking an Allocations Coordinator to manage end-to-end lettings and support customers through housing moves. You will collaborate with colleagues, local authorities, and partners to deliver efficient, compliant services for safe and thriving communities.

Weekly hours are 36.25, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm. The role requires knowledge of mutual exchanges, tenancy implications and regulatory requirements, with a focus on accurate records and timely responses.
