Baseline Digital Marketing is a UK marketing consultancy for leisure, fitness and padel clubs. We’re looking for a local creator to film regular, authentic social content at an indoor padel club in Wimbledon.
The style we wantThis isn’t polished, professional production. We want real, native-feeling UGC: the kind of content that looks at home on TikTok and Instagram because it’s made the way creators actually make it.
- Shot on your phone: vertical, natural light, real moments
- Energy, personality and people rather than perfect cinematography
- Quick, punchy edits in CapCut or TikTok, using trending formats, sounds and text overlays where they fit
- Content that feels like it’s from inside the club, not an advert about it
What you’ll do
- Visit the club about once a week, when it suits you
- Capture rallies, big shots, players, coaching, events and the social side of the club
- Deliver 4 short Reels per week, ready to post
Strategy and posting are handled by Baseline. Your job is to capture great moments and turn them into scroll-stopping clips. All briefs and communication go through Baseline.
All footage and content is produced for and owned by Baseline Digital Marketing. You’re welcome to use it in your own portfolio.
Skills and Experience Required
- Already post short-form video on your own TikTok or Instagram
- Know what makes a Reel feel native and engaging
- Comfortable filming people and chatting to members on camera
- Live in or near Wimbledon and would like regular paid work that builds your portfolio
Experience isn’t required. We care about your eye and your feed, not your CV.
