Community Resilience & Outreach Specialist

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Community Resilience Worker (Outreach) to support families through challenging times, working in Family Hubs and in the community, with empathy, creativity and drive to help people build confidence and brighter futures.

Role involves building relationships, delivering group sessions and drop-ins, and collaborating with partners to create a joined-up, accessible support network for families facing financial pressure, housing challenges and emotional stress.
