Marketing Executive – HPC Consultancy Ltd – London

We are looking for a creative, energetic freelancer or university student to lead local user growth and content creation for our video-based dating application, Candid. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands student culture, enjoys creating short-form video content, and is confident organizing guerrilla marketing on campus. You will focus on building user density across key London university campuses by setting up student ambassador networks, shooting engaging social content, and running low-cost local growth campaigns.

• Campus Activation: Recruit, coordinate, and motivate a small team of student brand ambassadors across target London campuses to drive app downloads.




• Content Creation: Shoot and edit authentic short-form videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, street interviews, and campus reaction clips) highlighting the app.




• Local Campaigns: Plan and run simple, creative guerrilla marketing activities, campus events, and referral challenges within budget.




• Social Management: Post regularly on core social channels and engage with local student communities and micro-creators.




• Growth Tracking: Monitor download numbers and active user sign-ups from campus activations to report back on what strategies deliver the best results.




• Strong interest in short-form video creation (TikTok and Instagram Reels).




• Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.




• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule of 8 to 10 hours per week.




• Well-connected or familiar with London student life and campus culture.
