Working in Our Children’s Homes
Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day to day life. This involves being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home environment supports this by ensuring both your staff and the young people feel secure, safe, and motivated. There will be challenges along the way, but also the smallest moments which feel like a huge small victory!
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care, achieved through a holistic approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members to ensure positive outcomes by having the most joined-up service in SEND.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations in the home and take ownership of Ofsted requirements. Enable our young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults. Be actively involved with new referrals, providing a home as part of the UK’s leading provider of specialist education and care.
