Head of Product Management

Overview

As Head of Product you will own the product function, setting the vision and roadmap to deliver customer and business value. You will lead and develop the Product team and work closely with Engineering and senior stakeholders to balance ambition with deliverability. You will translate customer insights and market signals into priorities, while guiding discovery, planning and delivery practices. This role offers strategic influence across the business and a chance to shape growth in a software/B2B context.

Key requirements

• Significant experience in product leadership, ideally within software, technology or B2B environments
• Proven record of developing products from concept through launch and growth
• Experience hiring, managing and developing Product Managers
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively with technical teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
