Quality Systems Manager

Overview

In this role you will own and develop the Quality Management System for a growing engineering and manufacturing business delivering projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering and project teams to embed a strong quality culture and drive systematic improvements. You will oversee audits, manage non-conformances and lead corrective actions to maintain high quality standards. This position offers scope to shape quality practices across complex engineering delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the business.
• Maintain quality procedures, processes and documentation to required standards.
• Support internal and external audits and manage actions and non-conformances to closeout.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and project teams to sustain quality throughout project delivery.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture.
• Provide guidance and support to teams on quality processes, standards and best practice.

Key requirements

• Experience in a Quality Systems, Quality Management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and auditing.
• Experience managing non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
