Kitchen Brand Manager — Lead a High-Volume Concept

Arcade is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead one dedicated brand—Hero, Pablo’s, Solis, or Gracey’s Pizza—at Covent Garden. You will run a high-volume kitchen with a small team, driving product quality and commercial performance while owning day-to-day operations.

We want an experienced kitchen all-rounder who is personable, commercially minded, and passionate about food and drink. You’ll champion standards, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
