International Distribution Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support AIG’s international distribution strategy by delivering analytics and insights that inform broker and product decisions. You will partner with national brokers and market leaders to provide strategic analytic support and help standardize KPI reporting. You will help build dashboards and deliver quarterly analyses on broker commissions, shaping our distribution initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive transparency, accountability, and action in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with national brokers and market leaders to provide strategic analytic support
• Support presentation preparation for internal and external meetings and reviews
• Collaborate with analyst peers to understand broker relationships and summarize insights for stakeholders
• Standardize performance analytic reporting and provide recurring KPI insights
• Support buildout of new analytic dashboards using visualization tools
• Analyze broker-related supplemental commissions and provide quarterly state updates for national and global agreements
• Foster empowerment, accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team
• Participate in scheduled trainings and meetings to clarify roles and responsibilities

Key requirements

• Experience in commercial insurance
• Understanding of Power BI, Excel and Salesforce
• Deep understanding of P&C Insurance industry
• Ability to foster and maintain business relationships with key partners
• Understanding of business, process, and analytic needs of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving ability with structured thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills
