Overview

Join JP Morgan’s Global Investment Banking SIG in EMEA as an Analyst or Associate to help originate and execute mandates for sophisticated clients, including PE funds, infrastructure funds, and sovereign wealth funds. You will work with cross-functional teams on a broad range of products (M&A, Leveraged Finance/DCM, ECM, structured products) and gain hands-on experience through mentorship and development opportunities. You’ll contribute to high-quality analyses and client materials while shaping solutions for diverse sponsors. This role offers exposure to deal flow, broad technical skills, and a pathway to advanced finance expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality deliverables such as marketing materials, financial models, and analyses for clients or internal use
  • Participate in pitches and deal executions across products, interacting with senior colleagues, clients, potential investors, and other advisors
  • Coordinate with industry, product, and country teams to ensure correct prioritization, positioning, and delivery of content to clients
  • Support origination and execution activities across a wide range of transactions and products

Key requirements

  • Previous work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, consulting, or a similar field
  • Strong technical proficiency: advanced financial modelling skills, analytical mindset, and overall corporate finance expertise
  • Sector and product exposure: desire to work across sectors and products and gain exposure to various types of transactions
  • Ownership and initiative: ability to take ownership across a project/transaction, with exposure to industry, country, and product teams
  • Multi-tasking: ability to show initiative and support across several transactions in parallel, managing time appropriately across competing demands
  • Team collaboration: ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Client engagement: ability to engage and interact professionally with clients and other advisors
