Inclusion & Medical Support Coordinator (Part‑Time)

St Augustine’s Catholic Primary Academy in Nottingham is seeking a committed Inclusion and Medical Provisions Coordinator to support students’ well-being, behaviour and learning within a Catholic ethos.

You will work with the Head of Year, senior leaders, and external agencies to design tailored support programmes, maintain safeguarding records, and coordinate with families to address individual needs during term-time, 15 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays.
