Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

Overview

In this role you will lead and manage the delivery of public sector construction projects in residential and education sectors from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful outcomes, staying on schedule and within budget. You will oversee programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. You will build strong client partnerships and provide strategic project advice to support the consultancy’s growth in the public sector. Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy
• Experience delivering public sector projects is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of project delivery from feasibility through to completion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
