General Operative

Location: Droitwich

Pay: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 15:00

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment in Droitwich.

This is a varied role involving a mixture of production, warehouse and despatch duties.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading goods and materials
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Preparing goods for despatch
• Picking, packing and moving stock around the site
• Carrying out general warehouse and production duties
• Using a Counterbalance FLT where required
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe and organised
• Following all company Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment would be beneficial
• Valid UK driving licence
• FLT Counterbalance licence/experience
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:£12.71 – £13.50 per hour, depending on experience.
