Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small asset management team focused on CRE debt assets
• Oversee portfolio performance monitoring, financial analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with senior management to drive strategy and value creation for assets
• Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage risk and execution
• Provide robust financial analysis to support investment and asset management decisions
• Maintain governance and compliance in asset management processes

Key requirements

• CRE debt experience at senior level (portfolio or asset management)
• Currently involved in asset management within credit funds, investment banks or similar
• Strong track record in real estate and financial analysis with solid CV
• Demonstrated management experience and team leadership
• Stable career history with limited firm-to-firm moves
