• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during high-volume service
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Help keep the vibe positive and the food unforgettable

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a line cook or chef preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and timing
• Passion for Mexican-inspired cuisine
