Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a range of high-profile workplace projects
- Oversee project delivery and ensure timely execution
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (job-running)
- Engage with clients and coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Contribute to design-led, collaborative workflows
- Support the growth and expansion of the Bristol office
- Maintain effective communication across stakeholders
Key requirements
- ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
- 5–7 years post-qualification experience
- Extensive experience delivering workplace and office fit-out projects
- Proven job-running capability managing multiple projects
- Strong leadership with mentoring and delegation skills
- Full working proficiency in Revit
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous
- Confident communicator with clients, consultants and contractors
