Overview

In this role you support the Equity-Linked team within Investment Banking to originate and execute equity-linked transactions across EMEA. You pitch ideas, prepare materials, and collaborate with banks’ syndicate, sales, and trading groups to deliver client-focused solutions. You work closely with corporate clients and lawyers, contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The opportunity combines hands-on transaction experience with mentorship and broad development in capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in origination and execution of equity-linked transactions
• Draft pitch materials for corporate clients and assist in pricing convertible and exchangeable bonds
• Collaborate with syndicate, sales, and trading teams to gather market intelligence for equity-linked instruments
• Work closely with corporate clients and transaction lawyers

Key requirements

• Relevant investment banking experience (specifically equity-linked)
• Strong academic credentials
