Independent Financial Adviser – Individual Wealth Advice

Overview

In this role you will provide holistic financial planning to an existing client book and grow the business through referrals. You will present tailored recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning. You will work with in-house technical and compliance teams to maintain high professional standards. You will actively develop new opportunities via referrals, networking and professional connections.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning to an existing bank of clients and develop new relationships
• Prepare and present tailored recommendations across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
• Collaborate with in-house technical and compliance support to uphold high professional standards
• Identify new advice opportunities through referrals, networking and professional connections

Key requirements

• Proven experience providing regulated advice in a client-facing role (ideally 5+ years)
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and tax-efficient planning
• Confident relationship-builder with a client-first mindset
• Proactive and commercially driven, comfortable generating new business through connections and referrals
