School Facilities Caretaker – Flexible Hours

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Caretaker to join our Total Facilities Management team to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a school environment. You will keep school buildings and grounds safe, secure, compliant and well-maintained across three Slough sites, with shifts from 06:30–14:30 or 10:30–18:30.

The role requires practical maintenance skills (DIY, basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical), a proactive approach, and strong communication to support pupils, staff and visitors.
