RECRUITMENT RESOURCER REQUIRED – BOLTON
JDR Recruitment are looking for a confident and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Bolton head office!
Bolton Head OfficeMonday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pmTemporary role with the opportunity to become permanentFull UK driving licence preferred for occasional onsite inductions
This is a fast-paced recruitment role where you’ll be dealing with candidates daily and supporting the recruitment process from registration through to placement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and onboarding candidates
- Conducting Right to Work checks
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Speaking with candidates and managing communication
- Arranging interviews and inductions
- Supporting the wider recruitment team
- Keeping candidate records and compliance up to date
Recruitment experience is preferred, but personality matters more. We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, organised and proactive, with the drive to succeed in a busy recruitment environment.
