1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism) — Primary School, Worcester

Smile Education is recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a Worcester primary school. The role is full-time, 1:1 support for a child with autism, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 3:30.

You will help build independence, maintain strong communication with the class teacher, and ensure a safe, positive learning environment. Applicants must have an up-to-date DBS, a TA qualification or Health and Social Care Level 2/3, and provide two professional references.
