Care Home Maintenance & Grounds Keeper (Part-Time)

OakRay Care Group, a family-run provider of residential care for the elderly, invites applications for a Property Maintenance Person at our Sandown home, Broadhurst. The role focuses on keeping the building and grounds safe, functional and well-presented for up to 25 residents, many with dementia or health needs.

You should have experience in property maintenance and a basic toolkit for day-to-day tasks; the job also includes garden duties such as mowing, hedge cutting and general upkeep.
