Responsibilities
- Supervise and support operational maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with Part 145 and Airline Part CAMO requirements
- Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers
- Escalate developing issues to management
- Maintain a high degree of customer focus
- Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet deadlines and resolve operational challenges
Key requirements
- UK/EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence with ability to gain company Type authorisations
- Minimum 5 years’ operational experience in line/base maintenance, ideally with Maintenance Control background
- Extensive Airbus A320 family experience
- Proven supervisory experience in aviation engineering
- Strong knowledge of Part 145 regulations, Airline Part CAMO requirements, and relevant legislation (CAA, EASA, FOCA)
- Good understanding of maintenance schedules
- Ability to gain and hold a Luton airside pass
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of AMOS IT system is beneficial
