1:1 Complex Care Assistant for Children at Home

First Option Healthcare is seeking a compassionate HCA to provide 1:1, person-centred care at a child’s home in Colchester. You’ll support a 9-year-old girl with complex needs, working across weekdays and some weekends to ensure continuous care.

The role requires prior experience with tracheostomy, ventilation, suctioning, hoisting, PEG feeding, cough assist and oxygen therapy, in either hospital or community settings. A bubbly, energetic attitude is essential.
