Lead, Credit Strategy: Policies & AI-Driven Underwriting

Wayflyer is seeking a senior leader to own two pillars of Credit Strategy: policies and underwriting frameworks. You’ll translate risk appetite into scalable rules, balance growth with governance, and shape product-market entry decisions from day one.

You’ll work between Risk, Finance, Legal and Revenue to keep policies practical and compliant, using data from loss experience to justify trade-offs and drive smarter funding decisions.
