You will be reporting to a Care Coordinator.

The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of care to older people, in line with policy and procedure, professional guidelines and social care principles. n Promoting optimum and meaningful quality of life for service users, undertaking duties efficiently and effectively.
n

As a Relief Social Care Worker, you’ll make a real difference every day – from providing personal care and companionship to contributing to care planning and helping people stay connected to their families and communities. Based in Braeburn Court, you’ll be part of a supportive team, where your ideas, compassion, and leadership skills will help create a positive environment for both colleagues and service users.

This post is a regulated role with adults and requires a Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.
