Senior Sous Chef — Path to Head Chef, Flexible Shifts

Upham Inns in Amersham is looking for a strong Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a small kitchen team. You’ll train junior chefs, maintain high standards, and run stock and menu execution in line with company recipes.

We offer up to £38,000 per annum plus a share of Tronc, flexible shifts, live-in option, staff meals and a clear development pathway to Head Chef, with loyalty rewards and an inviting team culture.
