Knowledge Solicitor – Bristol – Hybrid

Overview

As a Knowledge Solicitor in the Bristol Projects and Infrastructure team, you will shape knowledge strategy and drive technical excellence across complex infrastructure and energy matters. You will work with partners to enhance know‑how, develop training, and lead AI and legal tech adoption. You’ll maintain precedent banks and support client‑facing thought leadership, webinars, and horizon‑scanning. This hybrid role combines legal expertise with innovation to improve client services in a market‑leading practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal and regulatory updates on infrastructure and projects work
• Develop and deliver engaging training programmes and sessions
• Lead adoption of AI and legal technology tools across the team
• Maintain and enhance precedent banks, knowledge resources and best practice guidance
• Support client-facing thought leadership, webinars, presentations and horizon-scanning initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in projects, infrastructure or related areas
• Knowledge lawyer experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and commercial awareness
