In this role you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, across sales, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters. You will work within an established Northampton firm in a supportive, office-based environment and may mentor junior team members to promote their development. Responsibilities
- Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Work on sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, land transactions
- Oversee post-completion and AML/conveyancing processes
- Mentor and support junior team members
Key requirements
- At least 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Experience managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
