Service Advisor

Amour Recruitmentis currently working in partnership with a fantastic company based in Poole who is seeking an experiencedService Advisor.

Working alongside the service, parts and technician teams, you will be a key member at the heart of our client’s operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling all functions on a busy service desk
• Taking payments
• Scheduling booking & appointments
• Raising job cards
• General administration

Personal Requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident with I.T
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential

Hours:

Monday to Friday 0800-1800. Every third Saturday morning 0800-1200, so flexibility is essential.
