Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of target businesses and drivers
- Interpret and analyse information memoranda and business plans
- Review historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets
- Assess projections and assumptions
- Evaluate working capital facilities and financing covenants
- Identify potential synergies
- Flag key issues impacting value or price
- Review sale and purchase agreements and due diligence findings
- Analyse financial structures and credit agreements
- Lead and develop service offerings to drive practice growth
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Manage diverse, inclusive teams and recognise contributions
Key requirements
- ACA or equivalent qualification
- Strong report writing, attention to detail, risk management
- Experience in financial due diligence and transaction services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading business development from opportunity to conversion
- Experience building and managing client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills
