Overview

Senior Accounts Manager role at a respected local accountancy practice in Eastbourne. You will own and shape a mixed portfolio of accounts and tax work, working closely with clients and the partner. Responsibilities

• Directly hold client meetings and build relationships beyond numbers

• Plan and oversee work in progress across the portfolio
• Involve in business development by spotting opportunities within existing client relationships

Key requirements

• Solid experience managing a mixed accounts and tax portfolio within practice
• Confidence leading client meetings and building trust quickly
• Proven people management skills, whether managing one junior or a small team
• AC A, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
