Calcination Plant Operator: 12h Shifts, Growth Path

Knauf in Sittingbourne is seeking a Mobile Plant Operator – Calcination Level 1 to safely operate the plant, monitor quality and carry out basic maintenance. You will work on a 12-hour shift pattern (two days, two nights, six days off) and progress toward a Level 2 MPO Calcination position as you gain experience.

You should be able to follow health and safety policies, analyse production plans for efficiency, and use MS Word and Excel along with HMI systems.
